25 May 2008, Nomugi-tohge, 350km

I took Rt.19 to west in the afternoon, the good old way to Shirahone. Some of my ex-colleagues might have passed by on their cars. One car actually honked but awkwardly. They probably couldn't tell if it was me with my wearing a helmet which I never wore at that time, and sun glasses.
Then I changed the direction to south to Nomugi pass, to where much less cars were going. There was nobody on top of the pass as the sun was about to set. I enjoyed the silence.
It turned to gassy, windy and cold at night. I thought again in my mesh tent about buying a thicker sleeping bag, instead of using two thin sleeping bags for summer.
The sky was clear next morning. I enjoyed the view of my favorite Mt.Norikura.
