It's been raining nearly every day since I came to China. I'm still a rain man.
The change of weather is mild in China. I hadn't experienced sudden shower as we had in Japan, till today.
I'd seen dark cloud in front coming from west, but was not sure if it was rain cloud. As I felt a few drops on my face, it soon became heavy rain.
There was a small railroad bridge nearby crossing with a pass under it. Everybody around run into the narrow dry space. We were four around a pier.
The rain changed to a storm while waiting. The wind blew harder and harder, and sprashed rain sideways. The space no longer kept us dry. Chinese men were discussing something, then one of them poked me on my shoulder and pointed another small bridge nearby. Yes, it looked a better shelter.
We all jumped into the rain, with a young man's shout. An old man's straw hat fell off while running, I picked it up while running and tossed it back to him, like playing rugby. When we run into the space under bridge, we all started to laugh, like children.
The storm ended after a while. We left there in the mild rain, went back to the rail-bridge to pick up each one's vehicles, and left just like going home in the evening, saying good-bye.
