I met an English cyclist in the morning who came from the opposite direction, all the way from Britain. It took him only 4 months! That's quick.
He suggested that the rediculous charge of hotels in Hami was because of solor eclipse today. Oh, I see.
The eclipse started in the evening. I happened to be in a petrol station to get food. I borrowed a special glass from a worker and watched the sun briefly. It was only partly. Still the sun light became cold instantly. The change was interesting.
At night stars were so gorgeous! I enjoyed them much more than the eclipse, in the desert where I went in much further than usual, staying up late. I wish I had a star chart.
