It took me two more days to apply for a new visa. I mean, it took me two days to get inside the steal door at the entrance. My visa has been expired already.
The office was crowded with many applicants. People didn't really wait in line, tried to get in ahead of others in many ways though acting friendly. Bazaar-manner. The policeman at the door was busy controlling them, never was helpful to a stupid with a strange face who didn't speak/read Russian. (There were explanations on papers on the wall by the door, but I couldn't read them.) I just had to wait for my turn patiently. Yesterday was wasted that way only to get an application form from the policeman. You can only apply in the morning.
I succeeded to apply for a new visa today. They told me I should come back after ten days. Quite long. However, it doesn't mean I'll certainly get my new visa. My request may be rejected. Then, I'll get an exit-visa instead. I can get out of the country with it, but will never be able to come back in my life. It sounds like I would be a criminal.
I doubt if I'll have another chance to visit Tajikistan, but want to keep the possibility. Well, I'll just wait and see.
