It was an easy way down from the top of the hill in this morning, for about 50km.
There were many stands of nomads along the road beside their tents. What they sold were Kumus (light & sour booze made of horse milk), sour-cheese balls which should be made while making Kumus, and honey. I stopped here and there, and bought all of them in the end. I came down the pass with drinking Kumus under warm sunshine. I didn't have to pedal much. It was a fun ride.
There were quite many groups of sheep, cattles, and horses moving with nomads, on the same road as cars went. Their feces were all over. It was almost impossible to avoid them. They didn't stink so badly as it did in Japan. Because of the dry weather, perhaps.
People along the road were quite friendly, waving at me, saying hallo to me with smile, or at least to nod and greet. But their dogs were different. Many run out of their yards as soon as they noticed me, run after me and barked, some really fiercely. No dogs had leash. Fortunately it was mostly the way down. I barely managed to run away. However, if they really intended to bite me, they could have got me easily. They run that fast.
I got nervous with the dogs in the end, spent lots of time on the bike imagining how to get rid of them.
