6 June 2008, Busan

It's the second day in Korea and I'm still in Busan. I wanted to withdrew money with my credit card in a bank on the first day, but had forgotten that there were two PINs (personal identification number) on it, one for domestic use and the other for use abroad. I more than the limited numbers of times of trial, with a help of a Korean banker. Then the card was locked. The banker was gone silently.
I called to the bank in Japan. They said they couldn't unlock the card but could only reissue it and deliver it by mail, WHEN I CAME BACK TO JAPAN. They insisted there was nothing they could do while I was out of Japan. Such an international card it was.
My traveller's check won't be enough for the whole trip. Do I have to go back to Japan? I want to try if I could buy traveller's check with the credit card in a bank here, but it's a national holiday today and tomorrow is Saturday.
I'm stuck again.
