On 8th. I've got another card to try on an ATM (took me till that day to remember its number). Again it didn't work, but it was Sunday.
"Maybe it works on Monday when the bank is open",
an operator of the credit card company suggested.
Should I believe it and start moving? Or should I stay in Busan another day to be safe for the possibility of going back to Japan? I wondered a while, and decided to move.
I enjoyed the ride. The first ride in a foreign country. I drove till late. The factories lit up at night was like illusion.
Later it turned to thundering rain suddenly. I got everything wet before setting up the tent. Thundering didn't stop. But it didn't turn me down.
Next day, I tried the card again in Ulsan, a big industrial city. After asking so many people, I finally found a grobal ATM, and pushed the number.
"Requested service is not available"
Again rejected. Can you imagine how disappointed I was?
I called the company, then they said my card was not for the use of cashing but only for shopping. Why didn't she tell me yesterday? I shouted, in my mind, after I hung up the phone.
I spent the rest of the day in a "PC-ban" (Korean internet cafe) to find some other way to receive money somehow, and also the way to go back to Japan.
