A bad day. I wanted to take vaccination against Yellow Fever and get a certification to prepare for entering some African countries. The idea of going through African countries has been in my mind since I was traveling in Central Asian countries, and now I really want to try. Not only because of avoiding the cold weather, but more of curiosity.
I had to ask around hospitals, starting from Japanese Embassy which gave me wrong information, and move around the city by taxies for half a day, and finally got a name of a medical institute which "might" have the vaccination. But the time was already too late to visit. I couldn't even ask on the phone if they actually had it.
I had to pay about $10 beforehand to see the second doctor, only for the short conversation in a minute. $7 for taxies. All for nothing. Half a day was wasted.
Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow are religious holidays. I'll have to wait, or do the whole process again in another city.
Another half a day was spent in an internet cafe, realizing that I knew so few about African countries. Travelling there doesn't seem to be so cheap, not at all easy. Hm...
One good thing of today, is shown in the pictures.
